Chenoa is an HR Director for a worldwide hotel chain and dedicates her off hours lobbying for criminal justice reform, working with returning citizens, writing pardons and paroles, and giving back to the recovery community.
After attending Arizona State University, she found herself dabbling in drugs, and eventually in the throes of addiction. By 24, she had been arrested for countless felonies, was living on the run with warrants out for her arrest, and pregnant.
On January 16, 1997, 3 months pregnant, Chenoa had hit rock bottom - this day would become her liberation day! She turned herself into law enforcement and was whisked away to county jail to await her prison sentence. Judge Hyatt gave Chenoa her last chance, sentencing her to a 12-18 month inpatient rehab for pregnant women instead of prison.
Chenoa enjoys traveling and scuba diving. Her greatest accomplishment is being a mother to her daughter Savannah.
